To much of a Party! - Elder Pack

hola mi familia,
i hope that people took my advice and wrote the poor elder suffering in mexico a letter (and im not talking about elder webster) lol.
so this week was fun we had a super awesome lesson with lusalena and victor and then they accepted  to get baptized! super awesome but then we needed to find out if lusalena was married to his wife or not so i asked her and it turned out that she isn't married. she somehow interpreted that as she couldnt go to church ( or something of the sort because i still dont 100% understand what she was thinking) and told us that it would be better if we just didnt come back anymore. we started to freak out and not understand what was going on so i just started to ask her questions to try and figure out what was the problem. i figured out that she was thinking that she couldnt enter the chaple without being married but i straighted that out and she told is we could come back and visit he. as we left she really felt bad for misunderstanding so she offered her grandson victor to be baptized to make up for the confusion it was kinda funny and scarry now thinking about it haha. we then passed by a little latter in the week but for some reason she wasnt there. but then passed by on saturday for the birthday of victor he just turned 11 it was a fantastic time.
sad news is they didnt show up to church sunday and we think it is because of the birthday party i guess we will find out this week what is going on with them and find a way to help them out. the rest of our investigators havnt been coming to church ether it is kinda annoying us at the moment. but we understand that everyone has there own agency. ( to bad it would be so much easier to help them find god if they didnt haha <-- blasphemy) so for them that wonder my health is just fine i guess it was a rough patch last week and now im fine.
for the information of everyone im loving the mission and its fun to be with someone that is preparing to go home because he has alot of funny stories and now he is also worrying about going  because he loves the mission and also everything has changed back home hahaha. we have a fantastic time talking about life and the mission.
well my family and friends i love you all and hope that you have a great week.

New Companion (9/21/11) Elder Pack

family and friends!!!!
Well letts start with what i would like.  I would love people to send me letters and pictures because I would love to hear from people.  My family, I expect pictures through the mail or through the internet and I will find a way to print them off.
but as for my family im kinda sad that no one has written me this week i know that everyone is busy and they have lives but really i think that some of you can find some time to send me a short email.  i planch with love!!!! (oh and plaching is correcting or bashing i think who knows)
but i have had a fun week me and my comp have been working hard but some times he has to stop and sit down because he has a bum knee. sad thing is we are being very lazy and speaking in english alot and that might just be harmfull to my spanish, we will be trying to fix that this week some. but we had some people go to church and we think it is very promissing that they will except baptism. there were 3 that are progressing and one that is still slowly learning but we dont know if he will be changing his mind anytime soon. wednesday and thursday i got sick form something we ate but we still worked and tried to find new people to teach (was a little hard becasue we had to keep returning to the house so that i could use the bathroom) oh and here independance day is a 2 day event and the actual independance day they all basically have work off (well all the people that arent self imployed) everyone was drunk friday and we really didnt get anything done because we couldn't teach anyone. the ward had a party thursday to celibrate independence day we went with one of our investigatores named pedro he had a great time and got to know alot of people form the ward. our 2 other progressing investigatores are lusalena and victor.
today we went to a chinees buffet as a zone and im thinking that tomorrow we will see how many people get sick from it. because it didnt look like they got many customers.
im hoping that everyone is having a great time and that everyone is healthy.
love you
all until next week.
